Work status: the works on Parcului20`s construction site continued, according to the schedule, throughout this period, in full compliance with the measures imposed by the authorities to prevent the spread of COVID-19, along with our own health and safety measures that Cordia implements in all its construction sites.
Thus, by mid-July 2020, the following works have been completed:
- Partitions throughout the building
- Mechanized pouring of screed throughout the building
- Applying plaster throughout the building
- Installation of joinery, including glass, throughout the building
- Installation of waterproofing on non-circulating terraces
- Installation of the basalt wool thermal system on all facades, currently decorative paint is being applied
The following works are currently underway:
- Waterproofing and ceramic tiles installation on circulating terraces and balconies;
- Marble tiles installation on common spaces up to the 7th floor;
- Parquet installation up to the 5th floor;
- Application of primer for walls and ceiling ground floor up to the 9th floor;
- Installation of ceramic tiles up to the 10th floor;
- Waterproofing on non-circulating terrace over the 11D floor;
- Installation of apartments` entrance doors up to the 11th floor;
- Installation of ribbon and bond structure on all facades;
- Installation of architectural balconies structure;
- Sanitary, electrical and thermal installations up to the 11D floor in apartments and common areas, including technical spaces;
