The first month of summer brings us closer to the delivery of the first apartments in the second phase of PARCULUI20, in which 80% of the units have already found an owner. All apartments are efficiently designed (partitioned), with generous terraces and balconies, ample storage space and work-from-home areas.
You can visit the first apartment building in which the residents have lived for more than a year, the three-room and duplex showroom apartments, the common spaces, and the ones dedicated to relaxation and leisure. We are closely following the progress of the site to keep you up to date with the evolution of the construction works.

- electrical appliances socket installation on 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor, 6th floor, 7th floor, 8th floor, 9th floor and 10th floor
- Rockwool installation on all the facades – to date 100% of façade was checked considering Rockwool works, flatness check, support preparation for the decorative paint primer (except the ground floor area)
- Decorative paint on south-vest façade (except the ground floor area)
- Decorative paint on north-vest façade (except the ground floor area and on the exterior elevators)
- Decorative paint on north-east façade (except de ground floor area)
