Works on the private garden in Parcului20, destined exclusively to residents, are well underway! The garden, which will include around 3,000 plants and shrubs, will be a true oasis of greenery, just right for hot summer days, and residents of the project will be able to stroll along its paths, relax in the specially created spaces or exercise using the calisthenics exercise module.

The concept of the garden, designed to be contemporary with modern elements, started from the idea of creating a micro-piazzetta in a public space. Bamboo clumps are the garden’s main attraction, alongside masses of paniculata hydrangea and pampas grass. The garden has areas of modern, perennial plant compositions, plus carefully selected organic elements to match each season. In the evening, the garden will be spectacularly illuminated from both terrestrial and aerial perspectives.
Finalizing the garden concept required important technical issues to be resolved. Landscaping includes a range of construction works, paving and cladding, planting trees and greenery and placing the garden furniture. For this reason, there will be several restrictions in terms of OSH (occupational safety and health) throughout the implementation period.
About Parcului20
Parcului20 was the first project launched in the area and essentially contributed to the local community’s development. The residents have at their disposal many facilities, such as integrated smart home systems, charging stations for electric vehicles, bicycle parking spaces. A private garden will soon be arranged for the residents’ exclusive use, a playground refurbished by Cordia Romania in partnership with local authorities is nearby and Herăstrău park is a 10-minutes bike ride away from Parcului20.
