Irina Caraene, Sales Director at Cordia Romania, explained in the “Focus on Residential” panel at the Real Estate & Construction Forum, an event organized by Business Mark on March 4, 2022, which are the potential customers’ expectations from a residential project.
“The demand for new housing is currently increased and there are several important issues for those who want to buy a home. The area where the project is developed is very important, as well as the price-quality ratio and the facilities of the project. Discussing about Parcului20, the project developed by Cordia in Expoziției area in northern Bucharest, Irina Caraene showed that the facilities and the way in which the residential complex was conceived and developed were the basis for the success registered in sales. Thus, the ample green spaces, the underground parking, the integrated smart-home systems as standard equipment, the buildings’ central heating are elements that mattered for the purchase decision and that will be present in the future projects developed by Cordia in Bucharest.
