Mădălina Olivotto, project director of Cordia Romania participated on Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at the reConstruct 2021 event organized by Wall-Street.ro.
The panel dedicated to the residential market addressed issues such as the impact of the pandemic on the residential market, changes in buyers’ expectations and wishes and how new apartments will evolve in the future.
„Cordia’s vision at European level, Romania included, is based on urban regeneration, on generous areas for families, on green areas, on safe spaces. At present, our projects are ready for the new reality and so they were from the beginning. In the project we have now under construction, Parcului20, in Expoziției area, North Bucharest, comprised of 485 apartments, we had from the beginning about 30 apartment configurations, some of which already had additional space for working from home and all already had spacious terraces, integrated smart home systems, security, a private garden of 3,000 square meters, enough space for children to play in a safe environment”, explained Mădălina Olivotto.
Cordia’s approach regarding its ongoing and future projects is to continue to focus on optimal positioning in relation to parks and green spaces, road and public transport infrastructure, and social and educational facilities. At the same time, the multiple apartment configurations, and similar facilities to Parcului20 will be present in the future residential projects by Cordia in Romania, according to Mădălina Olivotto.
„Buyers of new apartments want, in addition to a good value for money and a location close to points of interest, to belong to a community. They want to be able to let their children play outside in a secured space, where they are safe. We are recreating, in the residential projects by Cordia, the feeling of home that we had in our childhood, when everything was safe and when we could go to the store at the end of the street to buy a chocolate „, said Mădălina Olivotto.
